Refund Requests:

If you are unsatisfied with the job's quality and the error was caused by us, we are pleased to offer reprinting or refunding options. However, please note that in such cases, we may request that the entire order be returned to our factory for further analysis. This step allows us to identify and rectify any underlying manufacturing issues to prevent similar occurrences in the future.

Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for spelling mistakes if you have approved the proof or provided artwork that does not meet the required specifications. Refer to our Artwork Specifications page for more details.

 

Return Freight Costs:

Please be aware that return freight costs are not covered by Aussie Printhouse. You will be responsible for the shipping expenses associated with returning the product to our factory.

We recommend using a reliable and trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item(s) in question.

Upon receiving the returned item(s), our team will carefully analyse and assess the issue to determine the cause of the quality concern.
